We deliver only to those in Gauteng, South Africa with a flat rate of R350.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and trust you will be delighted with your purchase. If you want to return your purchase for any reason at all please send an email to us, contact us on our Facebook page or call us on 011 760 3790, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Authorised returns are accepted within 7 days provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We will charge a 15% handling fee should the product be removed from its original packaging and in a used condition.
If the item is soiled or dirty we are unable to process a refund. That’s why we always recommend that you purchase a mattress protector.
Please note, we cannot accept items which are custom-made, personalised or in special sizes, unless the special order does not conform to the original order specification set out in the initial ordering phase.
